Processing Time:

My average processing time on in-stock orders is 24-72 hours. Average processing time on custom orders is 1-2 weeks.

Please allow additional processing/shipping time for holidays.

I didn't receive my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number from USPS once your order is shipped. If you have not received your USPS Tracking Number, please contact us, and we will look into this for you immediately. 

If you haven’t received your order and you have a tracking number, we urge you to contact your local USPS. They will have more accurate information regarding the status of the delivery. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please submit a "missing package" form through USPS.

I received my order damaged.
